What do I need to trade?

 
  • A Nintendo Switch
  • A copy of Pokemon Scarlet or Pokemon Violet
  • A Nintendo Online Subscription
  • A stable internet connection

Why I do not receive my order?

Our Delivery hours are from 6 am to 10 pm EST – 12 am to 4 am CET

We will make the delivery soon after we confirm the order. The waiting time is usually within 15 minutes, not over 2 hours.

If you place an order outside the delivery hours, you will receive an email as soon as we are ready to trade.

Possible reasons for not receiving the order confirmation:

  • You put an incorrect email address.
  • The email is mistagged to your spam folder.
  • Your email server blocks our emails.
  • Our team is busy serving other customers
  • You have provided a wrong trade code

How does the service work?

 
  • Step 1: Press “” to access MAIN MENU, Press “” to connect to the Internet and select “Yes” to connect and save the game, then choose “Poké Portal”.
  • Step 2: Choose “Link Trade” then “Set Link Code”, now set an eight-digit Link Code (try not to use the same digits), now select “Begin Searching” and select “Yes” to begin searching.
  • Step 3: Add pokemon to your cart and fill in the “Link Code” when checking out.
  • Step 4: Click Live Chat with your order number to obtain your orders sooner.
