● We support partial refunds in the following cases: ① we have received your request, ② we cannot continue shipping due to irresistible reasons.

Damages and Issues

Exchange Goods
The supply may be unstable due to market changes. Some items may be hard to collect. We will do our best to fulfill your order but we couldn’t ganrantee to get the supply as request. The fastest way to ensure you get your order is to exchange your order to other items with stock.

Refund Time
We will notify you once we’ve received your refund application to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we’ll refund you on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
