Ceruledge and Armarouge Tera Raid
Ceruledge & Armarouge Tera Raid Event Guide. It’s been confirmed that Ceruledge and Armarouge will be the next Pokemon to star in Pokemon Scarlet & Violet’s Tera Raid event.
Another Tera Raid event is coming to Pokemon Scarlet & Violet, this time revolving around prominent version-exclusives Ceruledge and Armarouge. The two fire-type Pokemon will be readily available to capture, with alternative Tera Types if so desired.
Game Freak has been making some of the most powerful Pokemon of Pokemon Scarlet & Violet available for capture in special Tera Raid events. While the last event of this kind was a bit of a snoozer with Drifblim and Mismagius appearing in event raids, things are set to rebound in a big way.
The next event is centered around the Pokemon Violet-exclusive Ceruledge and the Pokemon Scarlet-exclusive Armarouge. The evolutions of Charcadet have both proven to be fearsome threats in all forms of battle, and players will be able to build out their rosters with a variety of both in this event.
When is the Ceruledge and Armarouge Tera Raid Event?
The Ceruledge & Armarouge Tera Raid Event Guide will help for the event that run for one weekend, starting February 3. The official dates and times for the event are as follows:
- February 3, 2023, at 00:00 UTC to February 5 at 23:59 UTC
During this period, Ceruledge and Armarouge will appear more frequently in four-star and five-star Tera Raid battles. Their raid dens will be shown with a special effect on the game’s map while they are available for capture.
The majority of these Pokemon will be Fire-type, but there’s a chance of encountering Ceruledge and Armarouge with any Tera-Type during this event. Grass-type Armarouge, in particular, is worth keeping an eye out for, with the Pokemon being particularly popular in ranked battles.
Best Ceruledge and Armarouge Counters for Pokemon Scarlet & Violet Raids
Ceruledge & Armarouge Tera Raid Event Guide is here to help… There are a number of solid counters to Ceruledge and Armarouge in Tera Raid battles, including Greninja, Roaring Moon, and Tyranitar. These Pokemon resist or are immune to each of the attacks that can be used by five-star Ceruledge and Armarouge raid bosses.
Ceruledge’s offensive tools include Bitter Blade, Shadow Claw, and Psycho Cut, while Armarouge has Armor Cannon, Psychic, and Night Shade. Both Pokemon have access to stat-boosting moves, Sunny Day and Will-o-Wisp.
If the player brings Greninja, Roaring Moon, or Tyranitar, they will likely have little trouble dealing with these Pokemon. The only catch is that it’s difficult to strategize offensively, as the raid bosses can potentially be any type.
Regardless, five-star raid bosses are significantly more manageable than those found in seven-star Tera Raid battles, so players don’t have to sweat too much, so long as they don’t bring Pokemon that are weak to any of their moves.
Pokemon Scarlet & Violet are available now on Nintendo Switch.
